Welcome to Egypt Freelance. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website Egypt Freelance and its related sub-domains, sites, services and tools (the Site). By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with Egypt Freelance (we, us or Egypt Freelance) in relation to your use of the Site (the User Agreement). This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site. Before you may become or continue as a member of the Site, you must read, agree with and accept this User Agreement and Egypt Freelance's Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy). You should read this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy and access and read all further linked information referred to in this User Agreement, as such information contains further terms and conditions that apply to you as a user of Egypt Freelance. Such linked information including but not limited to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

2. Eligibility for Membership

 
Egypt Freelance wishes to ensure that its members are able to form legally binding contracts and further that minors do not purchase unsuitable content.  Those who choose to access this Web Site are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Information available on this Web Site and transactions occurring as a result of your use of the site may be subject to Arab Republic of Egypt Export Control Laws and/or other applicable export and import laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export/import laws, regulations, taxes, licenses and fees. In order to protect the legal rights and recourse of both bidders and sellers, all users of the site affirm that they are legal adults, able to enter into contracts and at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting this requirement are not allowed to post bid requests or bids.

3. Your Account and Registration Obligations

When you register as a member of the Site you have been or will be required to provide certain information and register a username and password for use on this Site.
On becoming a member of the Site, you agree:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
• You agree to immediately notify Egypt Freelance of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will Egypt Freelance be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.
• You may not use another person account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.
• You agree to reimburse Egypt Freelance for any improper, unauthorized or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Site, services or otherwise by using your designated username and password, whether or not you authorized such access.
• You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Egypt Freelance's registration form (the Registration Data).
• You will not include: (i) any of your contact details, including but not limited to email addresses, telephone numbers or other personal details.
• You will treat any other member information provided to you (in accordance with these terms of use and the information on the Site) by Egypt Freelance or any other user as confidential.
• You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if Egypt Freelance has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Egypt Freelance under this User Agreement or at law, Egypt Freelance has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.

Egypt Freelance may (in its sole discretion and at any time), make any inquiries it considers necessary (whether directly or through a third party), and request that you provide it with further information or documentation, including without limitation to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity such information or documentation may include your trade license, other incorporation documents and/or documentation showing any person authority to act on your behalf. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to Egypt Freelance upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, Egypt Freelance without liability may limit, suspend or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed / unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

4. Electronic Communications

You agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Egypt Freelance requires your agreement during the registration process to send you promotional emails to let you know about any new changes, features or promotional activities added to the Site. If, at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

5. Amendments to this User Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that Egypt Freelance shall endeavour to give you notice for any amendment to this User Agreement that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights under the User Agreement (Substantial Amendment) in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Egypt Freelance at its sole discretion and without liability may make amendments that are not Substantial Amendments without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the Site.

6. Both Bid Requesters and Bidders

 * Egypt Freelance. reserves the right to refuse to post, alter or remove any bid request, bid or other transmitted information. Egypt Freelance Inc. may exercise this right without any advance notice to the individual submitting the bid or bid request.

* Egypt Freelance. acts as a middle-man between bid requester and bidder. It is in its best interest to attempt to make sure that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. However, In the event that an irresolvable dispute arises as a result of a transaction, both bidder and coder agree that as a middle-man, Egypt Freelance. is completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute.

* As the purpose of Egypt Freelance site is to facilitate financial transactions online , Bid Requesters and bidders who post bid requests or bids that go against this purpose will have their postings deleted and their accounts terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, bid requests asking for 'pro-bono' work, work in exchange for a commission/percentage of sales of a product, or a swap for non-cash compensation. It also includes bids where the bidder offers to do the work or provide a solution 'pro-bono'.

7. Copyright Information

 All pages and graphics on this Internet site are the property of Egypt Freelance, The pages may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way, shape, or form without the written permission of Egypt Freelance. However, you may link to any of the pages in the site. Pages in the site may not be encased in a frame from the referring site, without express written permission of Egypt Freelance

8. Warranties

All services provided by Egypt Freelance are provided 'as is', without warranties as to performance, fitness, merchantability, and any other warranty (whether expressed or implied).

9. The Site

The site itself is also provided without warranty of any kind. There are no guarantees that it will be available at any given time, and no guarantees that use of the site will not be subject to interruptions. All direct or indirect risk related to use of the site is borne entirely by you, the user. The possibility exists that the site and its contents may contain inaccuracies or errors. Egypt Freelance . makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the site or its contents. If you discover that the site or its contents contains errors, please contact us so these can be corrected. 10. Your Conduct

While using this site, you agree not to:

• Restrict or inhibit anybody else from using the site.
• Post any unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.
• Post or transmit any information or software that contains a virus or other harmful/disruptive component.
• Post or transmit materials in violation of another party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Post or transmit information in violation of site rules and/or legal agreements.
• Egypt Freelance reserves the right to change or delete user public content and/or private communications sent through Egypt Freelance systems. Additionally, it may refuse service and/or block any user who does not adhere to these guidelines, or for any other reason for which Egypt Freelance deems prudent. Additionally, legal action may be pursued at Egypt Freelance's discretion. Egypt Freelance may take this action without prior notice or explanation to the user.

11. Automated boots

Cause stress on the site servers and when proper precautions are not in place, can prevent legitimate real users from accessing the site. You may not create any automated boot to access The site without first notifying Egypt Freelance and receiving expressed written approval for it's design. If Egypt Freelance approves your boot's design, then you must adhere to the specifications that Egypt Freelance approves. Egypt Freelance reserves the right to revoke permission previously granted, and you agree that if so revoked you will immediately cease use of the boot and take all available actions to prevent other users of the boot from using it as well.

12. Redisplay of Egypt Freelance site

You may not take any portion of the Egypt Freelance site and redisplay it (whether in it's entirety or partially), without expressed written consent by Egypt Freelance.

13. Privacy Statement

 Egypt Freelance believes strongly in protecting our users' privacy. Please note that Egypt Freelance. Uses the best of its ability to protect all data from external and unauthorized party access by the use of (but not limited to) firewalls, encryption and 3rd party security consultants. Additionally it also uses the best of its ability to protect site users from viruses via virus scanning software. However no security system and/or virus system is 100% secure or 100% effective. Should sensitive data be confirmed as compromised, or a virus discovered on an Egypt Freelance. System Egypt Freelance will alert the affected User via email (to the address registered on the site). However, due to the nature of security and viruses, Egypt Freelance strongly advises the User to take their own security precautions, such as personal virus scanning software, and/or encrypting sensitive communications. Given the nature of these matters, should a security compromise or virus incident occur, User agrees that Egypt Freelance. is not liable for the incident (in any way or kind) nor for any repercussions of such an incident (in any way or kind).
